Mantrācārya (मन्त्राचार्य). This is combining mantra or sacred word and ācārya – a teacher or spiritual guide. Thus mantra teacher!
In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, an ācārya passes down the subtle energetic transmission of a mantra.
My earlier books are about: Eastern Spirituality in a Western World.
Gurus, Yoga, Kundalini, Mantras, Meditation - (and much more).
Latter books from 2024 combine Mental Health perspecives with Quantum Enlightenment views
Ten of my complete books in pdf format now available in the Resources sectionJust to clarify, I write about Enlightenment in terms of what we can all be, and what we all are all in Truth. Accepting ones Divinity is part of the journey, and this is not to denigrate religions or philosophies of Duality. I still maintain both a non-dual approach and a devotional one. Religion may however forcefully want to us to bow down before their gods, higher powers, saviours and avatars. I myself have found benefit in many religions through considerable active participation, whilst avoiding the fundamentalists. I add those experiences to the list of what helped me in my journey.
As for health in its entirety and even life and its entirety, I call it:
Life and the Universe.
I use this term to talk about life in general when I am trying to indicate spiritual and mundane matters or contrast the transcendental with what is not transcendental. (All at the same time).
My Mantra art is: Chakra 1 - above and Chakras II - left
I have a Multi-faith perspective regarding my religious beliefs.
I am focused on what has worked for me, & am now not affiliated to any path, group, or movement, (except my own!). However I do believe that Divine Grace has got me where I am, & now guides me. (And illuminates me about the Mantras that I use)
I seek to share my experience & knowledge as a service to others, whilst respecting totally others beliefs, & what may work best for you.
All mantas should be ‘empowered” by the Guru or the Ishta Devi. They are thus transmitted also both verbally & through the subtle Yogic Energy called Shakti Paat. (Transfer of Shakti or Goddess energy)
