Several years ago I created three Kundalini Tutorials in YouTube.

They are in a PowerPoint format with verbal explanations.

I am in a video whilst practicing meditation using Mantras. There is some “swaying” which is due to the energies passing through the Chakras.

I don’t always do my meditation this way now, so this rather present some “Kundalini effects” for illustrative purposes.
